Shipping & Delivery
Delivery charges are shown in your cart before checkout. Type your postcode in the box and press get quote to show the delivery charge for your order.
- Privacy & Security
Any information or data you give us will only be used by us and no one else, no third parties. It is held securely and is only used for purposes related to your order or custom with The Art Rooms.
- Returns & Replacements
We require notification of any faults/damage/returns within 14 days of receipt of the order.
If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately and email photographs of the damaged goods and packaging.

If you change your mind and wish to return goods, you can return them to us unused, in their original condition and with their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the order. We will offer a refund for the cost of the goods only. Delivery costs will not be refunded.
Please ensure items are wrapped securely to avoid damage in the post. We cannot offer a refund if goods are returned to us damaged. The return delivery cost will be paid by the customer.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for bespoke prints which are produced with customers size & colour choices, unless they arrive damaged.

Ordering is an easy process. When you find the items you want, press the add to cart button.
When you've finished shopping, view your cart then click the "proceed to checkout" button.
If you want a quick checkout then click "Checkout as guest" under the New Users option then press continue to fill in billing and delivery details etc.
Alternatively click register to setup an account with us if you haven't already got one to make your future checkouts as easy as possible.
For existing users who prefer to login in to their account, just type your details in to the boxes provided under the Existing Users section of the checkout.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All payments are handled securely using PayPal's Servers. You don't have to have a PayPal account though, you can pay by credit or debit card and the payments are handled with PayPal for high security. But of course, you can use your PayPal account too if you wish.
